Do you offer shipping?

At this time, we do not offer shipping, as most of our products are not well‑suited for travel. If you’re interested in shipping for a specific item, please reach out directly—some exceptions may be possible on a case‑by‑case basis.

Are purchases final sale?

Luvcat Baking Co. creates all baked goods fresh, from scratch, and in small batches. Because our products are perishable and handcrafted, all sales are final once an order has been accepted by you or a designated recipient.

What is the return policy?

We here at Luvcat Baking Co. realize that flavor and texture can be subjective. Every batch is quality tested but variations in temperature, humidity, and handling may affect the final flavor, texture, color, or design. If you believe there is a genuine quality issue outside of normal variation, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the concern. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We'll review the situation and determine what resolution is appropriate.

We will work quickly to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order has been made, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery/pickup times vary depending on your location and order details.
